Aerial & Appetizers

Join me once a month for light snacks and relaxing aerial yoga

December 15th @ 4pm

Why Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga helps with the decompression of the spine. Turning upside down increases the release of neurotransmitters which decreases anxiety and stabilizes mood. Other benefits of aerial yoga include increased lymphatic flow which boosts the immune system.  The pressure put on the diaphragm helps to improve lung health and the pressure on internal organs helps with digestive issues.  Going upside down also helps with blood flow to the brain improving memory, and slowing the aging process.

If you are pregnant, have extremely high or low blood pressure, or have osteoporosis, please don't practice aerial yoga.

I used to have so much trouble being present during yoga until we started doing aerial yoga. It makes me feel like a kid again and it makes it easier to let whatever is on my mind go
