Retreat Schedule:

8 am Breakfast and discussion about cravings and hunger cues

9 am Morning Yoga class

10 am Vision board workshop

11 am Guided Meditation

12 pm Silent Mindful Lunch

1 pm Journal and Silent meal reflection

2 pm Chakra discussion and core workout

3 pm Mindful Meals Game

4 pm Build your own charcuterie board

5 pm Evening Yoga

6 pm Cooking Contest Dinner

7 pm Hot tub under the stars

By the end of the workshop, I hope you will feel at peace with your cravings, able to identify your hunger and fullness cues, and more at peace with your body.  

The fee for this workshop is $175.  You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as all of the fixings for your charcuterie board, a personalized charcuterie board to bring home and a journal to bring home.
