Mindful Meals Retreat

Retreat Schedule:

8 am Breakfast and Discussion about Cravings

9 am Restorative Yoga Class

10 am Mindful hike at Peebles Island

11 am Book readings from my newly published book chapters

12 pm Lunch

1 pm Mindfulness Activity

2 pm Mindful Movement (Choose from aerial yoga, Pilates reformer, trampoline, bungy fitness, feet up trainer, weights, treadmill, and more)

3 pm Journal and Share

4 pm Happy Hour and Hot Tub

By the end of the workshop, I hope you will feel at peace with your cravings, able to identify your hunger and fullness cues, and more at peace with your body.
