Retreat Schedule:
9 am: Breakfast and Discussion about gut health and its impact on mood and cravings
10:30 am: Mindful hike at Peebles Island (weather permitting)
11:30 am - 12:15 pm: Restorative Yoga
12:15 - 1:15 pm: Lunch and Discussion on hormones and their relationship to cravings and inflammation
1:15 - 1:30 pm: Journaling reflection
1:30 - 2 pm: Chakra workshop
2 - 3 pm: Yoga Massage Class
3 - 4 pm: Build your own Charcuterie
4 - 5 pm: Happy hour and discussion on key takeaways
By the end of the workshop, I hope you will feel at peace with your cravings, able to identify your hunger and fullness cues, and more at peace with your body.
