Three Theresa wins I realized while journaling. Win number 1: I can keep things in the house and enjoy them in moderation - have some and when I’m done, put it away without a second thought. Win number 2: It was never a thing with me before and now it’s just so natural. I hear myself asking what can I ADD to this multiple times a day. Win number 3: I just started adding hemp seeds to my shake in the morning! It’s such a different mindset and it’s there and so freeing!
