Program Starts Wednesday, August 17th
A 6-week group program for athletes looking to do a fall half or full marathon.
We will meet at 5:30 pm every Wednesday via Zoom. Meetings will be recorded in the event that you miss the live event. We will go over optimal macro and micronutrients for optimal performance, hydration, the dangers of underfueling, race week carb loading, and more.
Sign up for the VIP program and receive a 1:1 session for individualized advice during the program, and unlimited text messaging throughout the program leading up to race day.
