8-week group program

Program Details:

This program will go over the nutrients that will help to mitigate the symptoms associated with menopause. Each week we will focus on a particular nutrient, why it works, and ways to incorporate it into your diet. There will be a Facebook group to provide support between the meetings. The programs workbook and cookbook will be provided to you. In addition, workout recordings will be provided that will assist in the resolution of symptoms.

The day and times of the group meetings will be announced once registration closes.

The menopause mayhem class works. After Murphy passed I stopped doing the daily stuff I was doing cause I didn’t have the energy or feel like it. My night sweats were the 1st to come back then the moods and the brain fog. This week I dove back in the deep end... all the flax, the grapes, dark cocoa powder in my coffee, literally ate broccoli daily for lunch etc. Night sweats gone, brain fog getting better and my moods will improve once I force myself outside.
