Coalescence Method

This premiere body image program will guide you towards improving your relationship with food and your body. With my help, you will work to identify your triggers and together we will move those triggers out of the way. You will come out of the program with the ability to listen to your hunger cues, enjoy food and to appreciate your body!

I have lived this myself and am passionate about guiding you on your healing journey.

 

This program is for you if you...

  • Eat "good" all day only to find yourself binging on chips and cookies at night

  • Overexercise and no longer enjoy it or are always getting hurt

  • Look in the mirror wishing you could flatten your stomach

  • Are always striving for the perfect body but "it's never enough"

  • Spend more time working than you should but are not able to focus on your work so you are so distracted by what you ate, what you shouldn’t have eaten, what you need to eat.

  • Are making separate “safer” meals for yourself to stay within your caloric budget, exhausting yourself making chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli for your kids and then forcing yourself to have the will to only eat a salad.

I used to count my strands of spaghetti and work out four hours a day.

Crave, Consume and Connect

This is a self- based program that walks you through several modules that help you learn how to reconnect your mind and body, learn how to identify when you are hungry, when you are full, what you are craving and how to honor this without guilt.  

Before working with Theresa, I struggled with a history of disordered eating and was binging about 4 nights a week. My goal was to stop binging and to develop a healthier relationship with food. Theresa was amazing to work with. She helped me talk through my emotional eating, gave me strategies to combat my stress and self-doubt head-on, and was truly a support to me. I’m happy to say that after 6 months of committing to working with Theresa, my binges are few and far between. I finally feel like I have the relationship with food that I wanted and it’s no longer something I constantly stress about in my life.
