Chocolate Chickpea Spread
Ingredients:
¾ cup chickpeas, drained from a can
¾ cup milk (your choice of milk)
1/3 cup chocolate chips
3 Medjool dates
½ Tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 pinch salt
Instructions:
In a food processor or a blender, blend everything until very creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little bit more milk.
Refrigerate to set and serve as a dip or a spread.
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
