Out the Door Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek Yogurt OR Silken Soft Tofu

1 tbsp. Honey

1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

1/2 Frozen Banana

2 tbsp. Chia, Hemp, or Flax Seeds

1/2 Cup Water, Almond Milk OR Soy Milk (to thin out the shake)

Vary the fruit to your preference. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
