Healthy Month of Holiday

I will be doing my Annual Healthy Month of Holiday again this year, but this time we will also have a kick-off party!

Kick-off party will be held on November 26th from 10 am - 3 pm

10 am - Hot Chocolate Bar

10:30 am - Gentle Yoga Class with Jennifer Newman

11:15 am - Healthy Month of Holiday Bingo (cards will be distributed)

Basket Raffles will be auctioned

Gingerbread Houses will be built

NFOP Books will be for sale

Snacks will be served

12:00 pm - Healthy Holiday Cooking Demo

1:00 pm - NFOP Ambassador Presentations

1:30 pm - Raffle Winners will be announced

2:00 pm - Aerial Yoga Class

Proceeds will be donated to the Regional Food Bank.
