The Journey to a Positive Body Image

This premiere body image program will guide you towards improving your relationship with food and your body. With my help, you will work to identify your triggers and together we will move those triggers out of the way. You will come out of the program with the ability to listen to your hunger cues, enjoy food and to appreciate your body!

 

What You Will Receive With This Program

  • 1-on-1 Weekly Meetings to discuss your goals and progress

  • Yoga Therapy to reconnect your mind and body

  • Food Therapy with journaling

  • The opportunity to touch base via text or email whenever needed


Journey Into Happy Holiday

December 1st - January 15th

Includes:

Weekly Group Meetings that includes 15-20 minutes of Positive Body Yoga

Facebook group with all participants

1 on 1 Call with Me to discuss what you’re struggling with

You will receive a journal and a weekly journaling assignment

Participants will also recieve a $100 discount on thee Winter Bliss and Mindfulness Retreat

Before working with Theresa, I struggled with a history of disordered eating and was binging about 4 nights a week. My goal was to stop binging and to develop a healthier relationship with food.
