Spicy Tuna Wrap

Ingredients:
1 can tuna packed in water (5 oz)
2 tbsp mayo
1 avocado
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
½ tsp roasted red pepper flakes
¼ tsp salt
½ cup red pepper (thinly sliced)
1 cup lettuce
1 tsp lemon juice
2 large whole wheat flour tortillas
Instructions:
Prepping
Flake the tuna into fine chucks and drain excess liquid using strainer.
Prep the veggies. Dice the red pepper and lettuce into bite size cubes, and slice avocado into thin slices.
Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except tortilla wraps.
Stir together well until all ingredients are combined.
Stuffing
Place the wrap over a flat surface.
Scoop the filling and place on one side of the wrap, leaving two inches from the edge of the wrap.
Wrap and serve.
