Power Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or your favorite Nut Butter)
¼ cup Oats
1 tbsp. Walnuts
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp. Wheat Germ
1-2 tbsp. Chocolate or Mocha chips or a combination of the two
1 tbsp. Honey
½ cup shredded Coconut
Mix all ingredients except Coconut well. Form into balls and roll in Coconut to coat. Place in freezer to store and take out and enjoy!
