Electrolyte Replenisher
Ingredients
8oz Coconut water
8oz water (or 4oz water and 4oz fruit juice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ tsp Sea salt
2 tbsp Honey
Favorite fruits/herbs or fruit juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
(Suggested combinations; diced watermelon with juice from one lime, tart cherry juice, sliced ginger and juice from one lemon, mint and sliced cucumber)
