Honey Lime Salmon topped with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients:

For Salmon:

2, 4-5 oz. salmon filets

1 tbsp. honey

juice of one lime

olive oil

For Salsa:

4-5 strawberries, diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, diced

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a sautee pan.  Cook the salmon until cooked through and browned on both sides.  While cooking add honey and lime.  Meanwhile, mix salsa ingredients together.  Serve salmon over rice and top with strawberry salsa.
