Loaded Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb. Turkey OR Textured Soy Protein

1/4 cup Onion, diced

1/4 cup Shredded Spinach

4 Mushrooms, diced

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese OR Nutritional Yeast

1/4 cup Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup Oats

1 Egg

Add: Oregano, Parsley, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper

Mix all ingredients well and form into balls.  Use olive oil to coat the baking sheet or fry pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or fry in a pan until brown. Enjoy!
